Check-in procedures are carried out twice a day: from 7 until 12 AM and from 4 until 7 PM.
Upon arrival customers should register at the reception. When leaving, once the balance and all the extras are settled, the hotel will issue the invoice of the total stay. The room is to be returned not later than 10:00 on the departure day.
Bookings become effective upon receipt of 30% of stay rate to be carried out through bank transfer.

Rates include all the services listed in the section “ Included Services”.
Cancellation via fax made within 10 days of arrival date will be fully reimbursed according to the exact amount paid for the booking with the only addiction of banking a management expenses.
In case of cancellation occurring in the 10 days prior to arrival date the following rates will be charged as a penalty:
- 30% of the amount paid in advance if cancellation is effected within 9 to 7 days before arrival
- 70% of the advance within 6 to 3 days before arrival
- 100% of the advance within 2 days from check-in
The person who signs the booking form is responsible for himself/herself and the other room guests for any damage to the room and to the premises and for any behaviour that adversely affects communal life rules.
